		<description>On the page &quot;12.11.08 &#124; Federal student loan interest capitalization&quot; it says Stafford loan interest is not capitalized until the student leaves school. Above it says 
it &quot;capitalizes quarterly&quot;.

They can&#039;t both be right.</description>
